Glass filled polypropylene - inert and suitable for use in the temperature range +150°C to -70°C. The racks will not be damaged by most biological laboratory chemicals and are suitable for both gas and steam autoclaving. Racks can be manufactured in different mixes of glass and polypropylene for large volume orders. Pure polypropylene is particularly suitable for applications where samples are stored directly in the rack as this substance will not contaminate most stored serums or chemicals.
